Why we need to care about mental and physical health?

In the modern-day lifestyle everyone are busy with their works and no one is paying attention to their mental and physical health which in turn is causing dangerous issues in health such as obesity ,depression, anxiety etc, which is destroying our lives in very bad way ,so we need to find a solution to stop these deceases.

- the mental health which is the most important which many people ignore

Identifying mental health issue :

In the short-term, mental health problems can cause people to be alienated from their peers because of perceived unattractive personality traits or behaviors. In the long run , they can also cause anger, fear, sadness and feelings of helplessness if the person does not know or understand what is happening.

Dealing with mental health issue :

  • Practice yoga, an ancient art that has been practised by yogis for thousands of years. I know it can be difficult to find the time to practise yoga today, but I urge you to do at least 10 minutes of yoga each day, including surya namaskar, sarvangasana, and pranayama. Yoga works because it stimulates the glands inside our bodies, which regulate the specific problems that are causing them.
  • I encourage everyone to practice meditation at least for 5 mins early in the morning before you start any work and 5 mins in the night before to go back to sleep. To understand why we need to practice meditation let me give you an example phone is a messy place where there are so many things and stuff going on in the phone but its well organized so we don't feel it as messy coming to meditation ,it is a tool which can help people to take certain decisions and organize the daily works from mind which is our control system for all the works we do .

- These two practices may appear very familiar to us and may even be heard from everyone, but we do not practice, so it is best if you can join with your friends and do it together to motivate yourself, or else join a class, so you do not have an excuse to miss the practices. If you have any mental health issues, it is best to seek medical attention or talk to your friends and family. It is completely normal to share your feelings with people you trust and love.

Identifying physical health issue :

  • Physical health is not just about being thin but being healthy ,this is the real definition for physical health ,this could be obesity ,slower thinking ability ,less active etc.

Dealing with physical health issue :

  • This needs some time from your day ,i know coders don't have much time so what's my suggestion is that you don't use the lift when climbing up the stairs. The reason behind this is that this increases metabolic rate which intern reduces your obesity plus alerts your mind and keeps it sharpen.
  • If possible play a quick game of foot ball so that many calories burnout in few mins, not only that but "Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)"-which is chemical in the brain is one of the reason which enables us to enhance any new skills which we would be learning .which is great for coders as coders constantly need to be updating their skills everyday.
